Our customer commitment
We will be with you every step of the way, from implementation through installation, training and ongoing customer support – unlike many other fleet management companies.
Project management
For specific projects, or larger fleet implementation, a project manager is assigned to the customer until completion or fulfillment of specific requirements.
Hardware deployment
Installations are done on-site, by FOCUS-certified technicians. Each installation is tested, validated and documented.
Customer training
Adapted remote training is initially provided to the customer’s administrator and power-users. Follow-up training will be offered in the early months, and system usage will be monitored – with an action plan drafted – when necessary.
Project sign-off
A full review of all project phases ensures all aspects of the implementation are completed to the customer’s satisfaction. A formal sign-off will conclude the implementation.
